Hang Bower
Founder, Ethos Consulting LC and Nova Solutions Group
Hang Bower brings more than 20 years of executive advisory and human capital leadership experience working with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and boards across complex and regulated organizations. She advises leadership teams throughout the energy, industrial, professional services, and private-equity-backed sectors.
Prior to founding Ethos Consulting LC and Nova Solutions Group, Hang served as Chief Human Resources Officer at BDO USA, where she led enterprise human capital strategy and served as Diversity Chair for one of the nation’s largest accounting and advisory firms. In this role, she oversaw executive compensation, leadership development, retention, and succession planning initiatives aligned to long-term business performance.
Earlier in her career, Hang held senior HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility, partnering closely with executive teams and boards on talent strategies tied to organizational growth and enterprise value creation.
Joe Flores
Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, onsemi
Joe Flores is a senior Talent Acquisition executive with extensive experience building and scaling enterprise hiring strategies across complex, highly technical, and global organizations. He currently serves as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at onsemi, where he leads initiatives spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Throughout his career, Joe has led executive search, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and early-career hiring, with a consistent focus on aligning talent strategy to measurable business outcomes. He is recognized for bringing a practical, operator-focused approach to modern talent acquisition and workforce strategy.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Joe serves as an instructor for the SHRM Certified Professional course through Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, supporting the development of future HR and talent leaders.
Tracey Kearny
Vice President, Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.
Tracey Kearny is an executive advisor and workforce strategist serving leaders and organizations throughout Texas and Louisiana. She currently serves as Vice President at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., where she partners with executive teams on workforce transition, leadership alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
With a foundation in mental health and brief intervention therapy, Tracey brings a human-centered approach to organizational change, leadership transition, and workforce strategy. Her work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex people challenges while protecting culture, retention, and long-term organizational health.
Tracey is deeply involved in the community, supporting initiatives focused on connection, talent strategy, and impact. She serves on board of Lonely at the Top 2.0, The Council on Recovery, and actively champions workforce performance through the Dress for Success Houston Corporate Guild and GHWCC HR Roundtable.
Brett Kummer
Director, Talent, Turner & Townsend
Brett Kummer is a senior Human Resources and Talent executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global talent strategies for complex, multinational organizations. He currently serves as Director of Talent, USA at Turner & Townsend, where he leads initiatives aligned to business growth, workforce scalability, and future-ready capabilities across the United States.
Over his career, Brett has built and transformed global talent across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. He is known for driving measurable outcomes through strategic workforce planning, recruitment transformation, shared services design, and technology-enabled talent delivery.
Prior to Turner & Townsend, Brett held global leadership roles with Wood and Fluor Corporation, where he led talent acquisition, mobility, and HR operations supporting engineering, construction, and professional services.
